This Resolution of Parties to the Agreement on the International Dolphin Conservation Program (AIDCP) imposes an obligation Parties to immediately require those purse-seine vessels of less than 363 metric tons carrying capacity flying their flags that have been identified by the International Review Panel (IRP) to have committed a possible infraction by intentionally setting on dolphins since the entry into force of this Resolution to carry observers. Such vessels shall be subject to the relevan
