This Proclamation amends the Rural Land Use Payment and Agricultural Income Tax Proclamation No 99/2005 by adding definition of Tourism and industry land”, “Mining Field”, and “Pastoralist” and provisions concerning the duty of the Pastoralists Commission to inform the name and quantity of livestock of each pastoralist to the Bureau of Revenue”.
