The present Ordinance implements the Landscape Planning Law in its version of 5 February 1979. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of the specie helix pomatia. Article 2 establishes that the gathering of snails with a case diameter of 30 mm and above shall only be authorized in the period from 1 April to 15 June. The text consists of 6 articles.
