The present Ordinance implements the Rheinland-Pfalz Law implementing the Non-Edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 20 October 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex.
