The present Ordinance implements the Animal Protection Act in its version of 25 May 1998 (BGBl. I p.1105, 1818). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex.
