Rheinland-Pfalz Ordinance on conservation targets of „Natura 2000 sites”.

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to transpose into German law the Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of natural habitat and of wild fauna and flora in certain areas. The text consists of 3 articles and 4 Annexes.
