RMI Ports Authority Act, 2003.

This Act provides for the establishment of the Republic of the Marshall Islands Ports Authority and defines its functions and powers. The Act also establishes the Republic of the Marshall Islands Ports Authority Fund and regulates various matters relative to the operation of ports and specific powers of the Authority to seize crafts.
