This Royal Decree is composed of 4 articles and an attached memorandum. Public utility projects are to recognize oil and gas pipeline projects defined in the attached memorandum and maps, as well as the associated machinery, equipment and joints used in the transport of oil and gas along the pipeline (art. 1).
