This Royal Decree is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 provides for the validity and effectiveness of the Regulation for the Agricultural Wealth Protection. The Minister of Agriculture and Fish Wealth shall issue the Implementing Regulation (art. 2). All Governmental Departments and Administrations shall carry out the provisions of this Regulation.
