This Decree consisting of 4 articles aims at promulgating the Act on fertilizers, nutrients and soil amendments of the GCC in Oman. Responsible body for its implementation in the Sultanate is the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and the designed competent authority is the General Directorate of Agriculture.
