This Royal Decree is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 establishes the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs out of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment and Water Resources, and defines the duties and responsibilities of the new Ministry. All staff working in Ministry and financial resources dedicated to the environmental sector are to be moved to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs.
