This Royal Decree is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 provides for the establishment of the Ministry of Fisheries Wealth out of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Resources, and defines its duties and responsibilities, allocations and all things associated with fisheries. Likewise, all capital and staff working in the field of fisheries resources are to be moved to the Ministry of Fisheries Resources. Article 2 cancels all laws or regulations that violate or contradict the provisions of
