This Resolution amends some articles of the Royal Decree of 1994. Main changec concern (i) Article 2 that provides that shall given priority in the distribution of the fund granted by this Decree to who hasn't received yet any other financial facilities; and (ii) Article 11 that reduces from 10 to 5 the years in which the project can not be sold by those who received financial support.
