This Act amends Rubber Replanting Subsidy Act, No. 36 of 1953 (Chapter 437) and substitutes several sections. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings. In particular, they deal with charges and levies, as the Minister shall determine by Order published in the Gazette, taking into consideration the conditions prevailing in relation to the rubber industry as a whole.
