The Rulebook prescribes various measures for the concrete prevention of the introduction and of the spread of the harmful organism (pathogen) spindle potato tubers (Potato spindle tuber viroid), including the requirements that must be met during the import, transport/transit of certain plants and the manner of conducting special surveillance and reporting to the competent institutions.
