This Regulation hereby prescribes: the variety of hemp (Cannabis) that is permitted as cultivated plant; the conditions to be met by natural or legal person when requesting the license to grow hemp; the manner of issuance and validity of the permit, as well as the costs of issuance of necessary permits.
