This Act concerns agricultural assistance to farmers and other persons engaged in rural industries. The Act constitutes and regulates the operation of the New South Wales Rural Assistance Authority whose main function is to provide assistance, and administer programs for the provision of assistance, to farmers or other persons engaged in rural industries.
An Act to enable the provision of rural assistance; to constitute the New South Wales Rural Assistance Authority and to specify its functions; and for other purposes.
