This Regulation implements the Rural Assistance Act 1989 by prescribing oyster farming as a farming operation for the purposes of the Act (sect. 5), defining the particulars to accompany an application for assistance under the Act (clause 6) and providing for other administrative matters (sect. 1-4 and 7).
