These Regulations establish research components of levies generally and of grain legume levy and wine grape levy in particular. They also make provision in respect of the Grain Legumes Research Trust Fund, the Grape and Wine Research Fund and Council, the Sugar Research Trust Fund, and the Sugar Research Council.
