The present Law lays down provisions relating to the supply of water in Salzburg. The Law establishes that buildings and plants including the land surrounding them shall have to be connected to a public water supply plant. This rule implies that the requirement of potable water within buildings, plants and their surrounding land shall have to be fulfilled by resorting to public water supply plants.
