The scope of these Sanitary Rules and Regulations shall be to prevent and eliminate water pollution from sources of non-centralized water supply for public and individual use. Sanitary rules and regulations apply to utilizable or projected for utilization underground sources of non-centralized water supply, serving to meet the demand of the population in potable water for industrial and household needs. Non-centralized water supply means the use by residents of populated areas of underground wat
