The present Order is made under the Agricultural Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Commodity Board (Saskatchewan Forage Seed Development Commission) and the Supervisory Board (Agri-Food Council) the authority to regulate the marketing of forage seed in inter-provincial and export trade.
