Saskatchewan Winter Cereals Order (SOR/2013-242).

The present Order grants to the Saskatchewan Winter Cereals Development Commission (Commodity Board) the power to regulate the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of winter cereals . For the purpose of regulating such trade, the Board has the power to fix and impose levies or charges on persons within Saskatchewan who are engaged in the production or marketing of winter cereals. The text consists of 4 sections.
