This Order amends the Sea Fish (Conservation) (Channel Islands) Order 1981 so as to redefine its application sphere in respect of Guernsey. As a consequence various amendments are made to Part I of the principal Order, which specifies the provisions of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 that shall apply to Guernsey.
