This Scheme makes provision for payments to in relation to fishing boats that meet specified criteria. Gants are made available for harbour berthing dues, fish landing dues and light dues paid by those fishing boats and administered by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The Scheme concerns the method for applying for funding under the Scheme and the determination of applications by the Department. It also concerns control by authorized officers.
