This Order prohibits, subject to certain exceptions, all methods of fishing within certain areas of the Firth of Clyde. A map showing the areas closed to fishing under this Order is appended to this note for illustrative purposes only. The prohibition does not apply to vessels fishing within the closed areas exclusively with creels, scallop dredges and, trawls used for fishing for Norway lobsters (art. 3(2) and (3)).
