This Order prescribes: (a) charges for the grant of a class A or class B fishing boat licence for purposes of regulation 7 of the Sea Fisheries (Licensing of Fishing Boats) (Jersey) Regulations 2003; and (b) a fee for the grant of a permit to take scallops is in unlimited quantities and a permit to take a maximum of 24 scallops per day for purposes of regulation 3 of the Sea Fisheries (Underwater Fishing) (Jersey) Regulations 2003.
