These Regulations amend the Sea Fisheries (Licensing of Fishing Boats) (Jersey) Regulations 2003 by replacing regulation 6, which concerns determination by the Minister of a classes of fishing boat licence, access permit or fishing permit. The Regulations also amend regulation 10 (on variation, suspension or revocation of all licences or all permits) and delete paragraph (2) of regulation 12A, which concerns the period for which licence in force.
