These Regulations provide for the authorization of fishing and access in territorial sea of Jersey by French and British boats and fishing by Jersey boats in areas within the territorial sea of France as defined by the Agreement concerning Fishing in the Bay of Granville between the United Kingdom and the Republic of France of 2000. Fishing by French boats in the Jersey territorial sea requires an access permit granted by an authority of the French Republic or an access permit of the Minister. F
