Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Control Measures) (Amendment) Order 2002 (S.I. No. 426 of 2002).

This Order amend the principal Order of 2000 which makes provision for the enforcement of restrictions and obligations contained in Council Regulation (EC) No. 850/98 for the conservation of fishery resources through technical measures for the protection of juveniles of marine organisms, as amended. Like the principal Order, the present Order does not form part of the law of Scotland and does not apply in relation to fishing activities within the territorial sea of Wales. Article 3 of this Order
