This Act empowers the Sea Fish Industry Authority power to make such charges as were made by it in the administration of any of the following schemes: (a) the Fishing Vessels (Acquisition and Improvement) (Grants) Scheme 1976; (b) the Fishing Vessels (Acquisition and Improvement) (Grants) Scheme 1981; (c) the Fishing Vessels (Acquisition and Improvement) (Grants) Scheme 1987; (d) the Fishing Vessels (Safety Improvements) (Grants) Scheme 1993, and; (e) the Fishing Vessels (Safety Improvements) (G
