The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Avian Influenza Risk Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 75/2006). In particular, it amends article 4, paragraph 1 prohibiting the hunting of wild water birds; moreover, it amends also paragraph 2 by establishing that the finding of dead birds shall be reported at once to the competent authority.
