An Ordinance to amend the Ordinance on application procedures for obtaining protection of plant varieties of 30 December 1985 (BGBl. 1986 I p. 23). The amendments concern, inter alia, the additon of the abbreviation "BSAVfV" to the title of the said Ordinance; article 16 on Tranistional provisions; the Annex on Index of fees is also revised.
