An Ordinance amending the Ordinance on meat hygiene of 21 May 1997 (BGBl. I p. 1138). The amendments concern, inter alia, insertion of article 10c on Transportation of meat; also the Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 are amended. Moreover, the Ordinance on poultry hygiene of 3 December 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2786, 2787) is amended. The text consists of 6 articles.
