Second Ordinance amending the Wine Growing Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Wine Growing Ordinance of 21 January 1986 (BGBl. I p. 215). In particular, it rewords article 5 on planting material; article 16 on packaging; article 23 on transitional provisions, as well as Annex 1 on seeds and Annex 2 on packaging.
