The present Regulation is made under section 7 of the Provincial Parks Act (RSA 2000, c.P-35). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the designation of certain areas in Alberta which are not officially included in a park or recreation area (La Bicher River, Dillberry Lake and Lois hole Centennial, Peace River). The text consists of 6 sections.
