The above-mentioned plan which may be cited as “The Ontario Seed-Corn Growers’ Marketing Plan” provides for the control and regulation in any or all respects of the production and marketing within Ontario of seed-corn. The local board known as “The Ontario Seed-Corn Growers’ Marketing Board” is continued under the name “Seed-Corn Growers of Ontario” being composed of not more than 7 members. Producers are divided into three districts. The text consists of 8 sections.
