There is hereby made a scheme that shall apply to all varieties of ornamental and herbaceous plants that conform with the characteristics of cultivated plant of any of the genera or species specified in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations. The period for which plant breeder's rights are exercisable in respect of those plant varieties is indicated in the second column of the Schedule.
