Seeds Premium Ordinance 1999.

An Ordinance to implement EU guidelines on premiums for seeds and planting material. The application forms for a premium have to be addressed to "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA). The said AMA must report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as to the number of received applications. The Ordinance consists of 10 articles.
