This regulation implements the Sewerage and Water Supply Act 1949. Part 2 covers practical experience and qualification for licences under the Act, Part 4 sets requirements for licences and contains provisions on their issuance and registration. Part 5 concerns the meetings of the Plumbers and Drainers Examination and Licensing Board and Part 6 contains miscellaneous provisions. The regulation is completed by one schedule on fees.
