The present Law introduces some substantial amendments to the Sewerage System Law (LGBl. No. 14/1984). In particular, the Law amends article 3 on rates of contributions on behalf of municipalities; article 5 concerning calculation; article 8 on levying additional fees; article 16 laying down provisions on entry into force.
