These By-laws specify levies on fish sold within or exported from the Shangombo District Council area. A person shall not sell fish in or export from the area which has not been weighed at a check-point or in respect of which no levy has been paid. The fish levy shall become payable as soon as fish has been weighed at a check-point. The collector shall immediately issue a receipt upon payment of levy. (6 by-laws)
