These Regulations specify crabs, whelks and razorshells as molluscs or crustaceans in relation to which an order may be made under section 1(1) of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 for the establishment or improvement, and for the maintenance and regulation, of a fishery for shellfish.
