These Regulations made by the Minister for Infrastructure Development under the Shipping Act 1998, concern marine pollution. They Regulations shall be the principal subsidiary dealing with marine pollution caused by vessels and shall apply to: (a) all vessels in Solomon Islands waters; and (b) all Solomon Islands vessels.
