This Regulation governs silviculture practices and is divided into 5 parts as follows: Part 1 - Definitions and Interpretation; Part 2 - General; Part 3 - Silviculture Treatments; Part 4 - Protecting the Environment and Site Rehabilitation and Part 5 - Offences. The general provisions contain restrictions on felling or modifying trees in a riparian reserve zone.
