These Regulations of the Sindh Government concern mainly operations of the Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority with respect to management and use of water infrastructure; title to water management infrastructure and other assets by of Authority (art. 4); concession to operate structures to Water Area Boards (AWB's) (art. 6); water charges (art. 8); aggregate water entitlements of canal commands and liability of Authority for water reduction (art. 10).
