Skimmed Milk Powder Ordinance 2001.

The present Ordinance implements various EC directives as listed in article 1. It regulates in detail procedures for public storage of skimmed milk powder. Article 2 establishes that the "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is entrusted with the enforcement of the present Ordinance. Article 3 sets out the conditions to obtain official recognition of storehouses.
