This Act makes provision for prosecution and punishment of small offences including the theft of horses, trespass on land, the planting of canes near a town without permission and the unlawful depasturing of stock.
An Act to provide for offences punishable with fines which do not exceed four thousand dollars, and to prohibit the commission of certain acts and offences in or against the public.
