This Act makes provision with respect to the promotion of small enterprises in the field of agribusiness, tourism, wholesale and retail trade and industrial and business services. "Agribusiness" means poultry and livestock farming and vegetable and crop production. In order to achieve the objectives of the Act, a Private Sector Consultative Committee and a Small Enterprise Guarantee Corporation are established.
