Snowshoe Hare Snaring Regulations (P.E.I. Reg. EC.705/04).

The present Regulations are made under section 28 of the Wildlife Conservation Act. Section 2 establishes that no person shall snare or attempt to snare snowshoe hare unless the person holds a snowshoe hare snaring license. The text consists of 4 sections.
